Production Operator – 2nd Shift (Full-Time)
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Enjoy three-day weekends!
• No mandatory weekend work
• Voluntary overtime available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $20.00/hour (with performance-based increases)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate thermoforming manufacturing equipment
• Feed raw materials into machines and clear jams
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Case-pack finished products
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
• Stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs during shift
• Work independently and in a team
• Communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
