Description for Production Operator:
Coordinate and support multiple phases of the corrugated manufacturing and high-volume packaging process.
Manually fold large, heavy pieces of corrugated board, stack completed boxes, and handle general cleanup.
Perform rigorous visual and dimensional quality assurance checks to maintain zero-defect output.
Manage the basic mechanical upkeep, routine calibrations, and orderly monitoring of plant machinery.
Drive a positive safety culture on the floor, strictly following all personal and food-grade compliance rules.
Maintain high situational awareness and adapt smoothly to fast-paced production deadlines.
