We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily textile manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating specialized equipment, maintaining product quality, and contributing to a safe, efficient, high-performance work environment.
Operate Machinery — Operates and performs routine maintenance on production machinery to ensure consistent output.
Safety & Quality Compliance — Adheres to all safety and quality standards; promptly raises issues or abnormalities.
Follow Procedures — Follows established work instructions, documentation requirements, and communication protocols.
Non-Conformance Handling — Identifies, segregates, and reports non-conforming parts, materials, or process deviations.
Workplace Organization — Maintains a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Team Contribution — Actively contributes to a high-performance team environment focused on continuous improvement.
Textile Equipment Operation — Operates textile machinery including Spinning Frames, Twisters, Knotters, and Stretchbreakers.
Yarn Quality Testing — Performs routine testing and inspection to verify yarn quality meets specifications.
Education: High School diploma required.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred: Post-secondary technical education or vocational training.
Training: 1st shift — 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Post-Training: Transition to 2nd shift — 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
