Title: Process Technician
Location: Weatherford, TX 76086
Duration: 5 Months7/13/2026 to 12/31/2026

Job Resposibility:
  • This position is responsible for the manufacturing and shipping of animal feed.
  • Operate all mixing and batching equipment to mix ingredients according to company s feed formulations.
  • This includes the operation of ingredient augers, mixing scale, mixer, liquid pumps, forklift, and distribution equipment.
  • Good housekeeping to be maintained at all times.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner consistent with company rules and regulations.

Responsibility/Duty:
  • Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e, batching mixers, packaging line, micro hand add weighing, receives ingredients by truck and rail. Manufacture products to ensure that they meet specifications, and HACCP requirements. Be knowledgable and follow FDA rules.
  • Run REPETE batching equipment, packaging and storage of finished product. Be knowledgable and follow FDA rules.
  • Required training for Food Safety and Safety, maintain daily housekeeping

Essential Functions/Requirements:
  • Some standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling, and working in small spaces.
  • Lifting is required. Not to exceed 80lbs.
  • Driving will be required to complete certain tasks. Safe operation of a forklift is required.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential tasks.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Education or Equivalent
  • Fork Lift Experience
  • Basic Computer Skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least six months feed production experience preferred.
  • Background in mechanics and maintenance helpful.
