Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience in a production environment, takes pride in producing quality work, and is committed to showing up every day ready to contribute.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.

• Read and accurately use a tape measure to ensure parts meet specifications. This is a critical requirement for the position.

• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.

• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure. This skill will be evaluated during the hiring process.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
