    • We are hiring for temporary positions, with high potential to go to permanent.
    • Current hours  M-F 7AM- 3:30PM.
    • This position is 100% onsite because it’smaking physical parts - with no option for remote work.

    Forinno, LLC is a medical device component manufacturer in Newberg OR. This is a relatively new venture founded by medical device industry veterans and is a small but rapidly growing operation.

    Join our hard-working & dedicated team onsite to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

    We are looking for people to make small parts, running custom machines in a pleasant work environment.

    Outline of position duties:

    • Run manufacturing processes - Small desktop machines making plastic parts for medical devices
    • Conduct and document in-process inspection
    • Complete training records
    • Assist in documentation of new products
    • Packaging and labeling & associated tasks
    • As typical in a small, entrepreneurial environment, team members will be required to "pitch in" as needed for general operating tasks including (but not limited to) - breaking down boxes, sweeping up work area, maintaining work spaces, etc.

    Required skills:

    • Must be able to use basic inspection tools (can train)
    • Must be able to read and write in English
    • Good manual dexterity
    • Capable of completing repetitive tasks
    • Ability to work under a microscope
    • Ability to work with sharp tools such as razor blades
    • Willing to follow standard protocols to medical device manufacturing, including dress code & personal grooming requirements.

    • Good hand eye coordination
    • Ability to follow instructions
    • General understanding of professionalism in the workplace, including appropriate interpersonal & communication skills. This includes but is not limited to:

    • Understanding & compliance of appropriate conduct in the workplace
    • Applying professionalism and kindness in all interactions
    • Ability to take correction and constructive feedback in stride and make necessary improvements

    Background checks are required as a condition of regular employment. Employees may be required to pass a drug screen while employed.
