Production Operator / Manufacturing Operator I

Job Summary :
Client is seeking a reliable Production Operator to support manufacturing, blending, packaging, and warehouse operations. Candidates must have 1+ year of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Blend liquid, powder, and food-grade chemical products according to SOPs.
• Repackage chemicals from totes and drums into pails and cases.
• Mix and package D-Foam products.
• Pull, stage, and load products following established procedures.
• Receive products and perform bulk receiving activities.
• Enter production data, print labels, and update information in the company ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting.
• Support production planning and communicate production needs effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Identify process issues and notify supervisors when procedures do not produce the desired results.
• Participate in procedure updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support warehouse and other production areas as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work reliably and maintain consistent attendance.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift training preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and support change initiatives.
