The Production Operator role is a temporary, full-time position based in Medway, MA, focused on supporting efficient manufacturing processes within the ECC department. The position involves operating ECC saws with precision, performing quality inspections, routine maintenance, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Candidates should have prior manufacturing experience (excluding warehouse work), mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a machine shop environment. Training is provided on first shift before transitioning to the second shift, with compensation starting at $19.38/hour plus a 10% shift differential.
