Responsibilities include cleaning equipment and facility areas, operating CIP and COP systems, handling chemicals safely, assisting with production supplies, hand-packing, and operating equipment like balers and de-baggers.
Ensuring proper disposal of outdated products and working around food allergens are also key.
The position requires following food safety and quality standards and maintaining compliance with safety policies.
Qualifications include being at least 18, flexible shifts, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years manufacturing experience.
