Medical Device Production Specialist
Schedule: 5AM-3:30PM
Responsible for assembling, repairing, and testing high-quality medical devices like pacemakers and ICDs within a manufacturing cell. Performs routine tasks following standardized procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability. Communicates effectively with management and maintains a positive attitude. Follows safety guidelines and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintains records to support quality and regulatory standards, with a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing. Prioritizes work, handles small components, and makes critical decisions with minimal supervision.
High school diploma preferred. Adheres to strict dress code and safety protocols, including clothing and footwear requirements. Supports divisional and quality system initiatives while demonstrating understanding of electronic data systems. Works efficiently to meet quality and production goals.
