Production Operator (Mixing & Packaging) Location: Kennesaw, GA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM or 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Temp to Perm/ $20.00 per hour
Join Our Team!We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Production Operators for our client in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will help produce high-quality products by operating mixing, packaging, and processing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesMixing Operator Duties
  • Set up, start, and operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Weigh and blend raw materials according to product specifications.
  • Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues as needed.
  • Take material samples for quality testing and make adjustments as directed.
  • Complete machine cleaning and maintain a clean work area.
  • Accurately document production data, logs, and system transactions.

Packaging Operator Duties
  • Operate packaging equipment and automated packaging lines.
  • Label, count, palletize, and move finished products using pallet jacks and walkie lifts.
  • Weigh and mix materials according to product recipes.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure product conformity.
  • Enter production information into SAP and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safetyPhysical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Frequently lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Occasionally move materials weighing up to 250 lbs. with assistance/equipment.
  • Comfortable working around machinery, dust, temperature changes, and manufacturing materials.
  • Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as required.
