Job Overview

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in operating and maintaining non-woven production lines while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This position involves working with converting, slitting, and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor and operate production equipment using computerized systems

 Inspect and grade finished products to ensure quality standards

 Troubleshoot equipment and production processes

 Perform minor mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance

 Conduct safety inspections and housekeeping activities

 Assist with startup and shutdown of production lines

 Operate industrial equipment such as:

• Forklifts (Hysters)
• Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
• Tuggers

 Maintain accurate production and inventory records

 Support and train new team members

 Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout processes

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Required

Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or related experience preferred

Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts

Strong attention to safety and quality

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
