Streamline Glass, a privately-owned glass manufacturer, is looking for a Production Operator (Second Shift) to support the Production team. In this role, you will work across multiple workstations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-oriented, and familiar with CNC machinery or has an aptitude to learn. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on team player with excellent technical skills.
Please note that this position will begin on first shift (approx. 8:00 am to 4:00 pm), and then transition to second shift (approx. 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) within 4-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist at production stations where needed
Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery
Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products
Assist with other production duties as needed

Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and use a tape measurer
Ability to routinely lift 50+ lbs
Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, stooping, and handling of materials
Experience with safety protocols and OSHA standards
Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
