Production Operator

Production Associate
Location: Oberlin, OH
Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Oberlin, Ohio. This position involves pulling and picking parts, grinding materials, and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and pick parts according to production orders.
• Grind and finish parts to meet quality specifications.
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
