If you're seeking a place to develop your career in beverage production while being part of a dynamic and fun team, our Seattle location stands out as an excellent choice Key responsibilities We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team, specializing in the automated packaging of syrups and sauces. While machine operation is the primary focus of this role, you will also contribute to quality, food safety, and sanitation efforts as important facets of the job. Your precision and commitment help ensure our products are accurately labeled and delivered safely to our customers. Key Responsibilities + + Operate and monitor automated labeling equipment efficiently and safely. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following established sanitation guidelines. + Adhere to all quality, food safety, and labeling standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). + Accurately record required production and quality data. + Identify and address equipment or product issues promptly. + Support a safe work environment by following safety protocols and PPE requirements. + Participate in environmental initiatives and workplace safety programs. + Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. What You'll Need to Succeed + High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older + 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred. + 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred. + Reliable attendance is important for team operations. + Must be self-motivated and conscientious. + Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team. + Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. + Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems. + Ability to complete certification requirements + Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred. What We Offer The pay rate for this position is $26.48 per hour.
