Production Operator

NOW HIRING PRODUCTION WORKERS - 2ND SHIFT

A reputable Painesville company is seeking production workers for 2nd shift. This company specializes in manufacturing, supplying, and converting custom fabricating materials and components for the orthopedic market.

Position Details:

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 2:30am
Starting Pay: $16-$18/hr based on experience
Training: First shift, 6:00am to 4:30pm
Possible regularly scheduled/mandatory overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.
Production Departments:

Lam Spray
Insole Assembly
Converting Operator
Requirements:

No prior Warehouse/Production experience necessary as the company will provide training.
Previous Machine Operator history is preferred but not required.
Strong hand-eye coordination.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Dependability and adaptability are essential traits.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates will undergo pre-screening interviews/testing.
Additional Information:

Candidates should work well with the existing team and be capable of occasionally lifting over 50 pounds.
No special dress code; dress appropriately for the environment, which may be cold in winter and hot in summer.
There may be cross-training opportunities and chances to cover other areas in the future.
Past shipping experience would be helpful, and a keen eye for detail is essential.
