Production Operator –â¯Paint Processorâ¯inâ¯Huron, OH
Starting pay: $22.61 per hour + $1.00 shift differentialâ¯
Shift (3rd shift): Sunday – Wednesday 9:00 AM- 7:00 PM, Overtime as needed on Friday. Will train on 1st shift possibly for the first 3-6 months. Monday- Thursday: 5AM-3 PM.

As a⯠Production Operator - Paint Processor, you will be part of a team that works together to manufacture quality paints, stains and other materials.⯠As a key associate on our manufacturing team you will be working with a variety of equipment and materials to complete your daily tasks.â¯Everyday brings an opportunity for you to succeed!â¯

Keyâ¯Responsibilitiesâ¯Mayâ¯Includeâ¯â¯
- Work in a PSM (Process Safety Management) building that includes solvents and solventâborne materials.
- Following all safety rules, processes and procedures.â¯
- Combining raw materials in a specific order.â¯
- Operating mixing equipment based on written instructions.â¯
- Utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment.â¯
- Maintaining accurate records and a clean, orderly work area.â¯

Qualificationsâ¯â¯
- Must be at least 18 years of age.â¯
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.â¯
- Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.â¯â¯
- Able to wear all required PPE, including hard hat, FR uniform, steel/compositeâtoe safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear.
- Able to bend, reach, and lift during tasks that involve transfer hoses, drums, or similar materials.
- Follow detailed instructions and record progress.â¯
- Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment.â¯
- Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility.â¯
- Ability to safely operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT).
- Basic computer skills (e.g., SAP, Vorne, or similar systems).
- Ability to complete and demonstrate understanding of required safety training.
