Job Description
The Production Operator is responsible for the high-volume reproduction, scanning, and preparation of legal documents in support of Array's print services operations. This role ensures that all copy and print work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with client specifications and internal quality standards.
Responsibilities
Operate commercial copying, printing, and scanning equipment to reproduce legal documents in accordance with client specifications.
Review job orders for accuracy, ensuring correct document sets, copy counts, and output specifications prior to production.
Perform quality checks on completed copy and print jobs, verifying completeness and legibility before delivery or packaging.
Prepare and package finished documents for delivery, mailing, or electronic transmission.
Maintain equipment in proper working order, performing routine maintenance and reporting service needs promptly.
Log job completion, materials usage, and any quality issues in the appropriate tracking system.
Support the team with scanning, filing, and document preparation tasks as directed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience operating commercial copying, printing, or scanning equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume production environment.
Ability to manage time-sensitive work and meet production deadlines consistently.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating print management software.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle large document volumes.
Reliable, self-directed work style with strong follow-through.
The base Compensation range for this role will be $21.00 - $23.00 an hour and will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications
