PositionOverview:
As an Operator ,yourea member of an assigned production crew, reporting toaGeneral Supervisor. You willcontribute to the success of Ball byobservingoperating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.
YourKey ResponsibilitiesInclude:
+ Follow 5S standards and safety procedures related to food, waste management, and emergencies within the work area and plant.
+ Operatea palletizer or other production equipmentto meet plant production goals.
+ Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
+ Build positive relationships across designated team by effectively collaborating, communicating, and upholding ethical integrity.
Required Experience and Skills:
+ High School Diplomaor equivalent education.
+ Demonstratedabilitytoadjust workload as needed to meet daily work goals.
+ Demonstrated drive to resolve complex issues independently andaccomplishdaily goals.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
+ Proficiencyin the useof hand and power toolsand an interest inmechanics.
+ 2 years' work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Physical Environment & Working Conditions:
+ May be subject tothefollowing, but not limited to:
+ Hot/Cold working conditions.
+ Loud /Noisy environment.
+ Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.
+ Climbing (stairs, catwalks, and other equipment as necessary).
Compensation & Benefits:
+ Expected Hiring Salary Range:$27,37/h
+ This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

+ Onsite Work Environment:This position is based in Pittston, PA and requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
