Shifts:
2nd: 3pm - 11pm
3rd: 11pm - 7am
OT mandatory as production demands

Inspects, cleans, assembles, and prepares finished parts.

Inspects, cleans, assembles, and prepares finished parts.
Duties:
- Follow specific work instructions for each job assigned
- Operate machinery
- Prepare parts for processing
- Visual inspect parts for defects
- Repair and/or rework defective parts as needed
- Participate in teams and meetings to improve production
- Maintain work area in accordance with 5S standards
- Positive work attitude
- Safety focus
- Adherence to quality standards
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to stand 8-12 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to tolerate repetitive gripping of hand tools
- Ability to twist and bend repetitively, as well as pull & tug at shoulder height consistently
- Strong manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection
