What You'll Do






As a Production Operator, you'll run manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production, quality, and safety standards. This role requires hands-on operation, following complex processes, routine maintenance, quality checks, and accurate documentation while working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.





Core Responsibilities






+ Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with safety, quality, and production standards


+ Control processes using automated systems to maintain product specifications


+ Accurately complete production and operational documentation


+ Handle and move product, including loading operations and use of material handling equipment


+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment










Schedule and Work Environment


Four (4) consecutive days, twelve (12) hours per dayWork environment may include


+ Temperatures averaging 90°F

+ + High humidity (up to 100%)


+ Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators








What You'll Need to Succeed



We require


+ High school diploma or equivalent and over 18 years of age


+ Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and respond to equipment or process issues


+ Ability to operate automated manufacturing equipment and use digital systems for monitoring and documentation


+ Strong attention to detail to consistently meet safety, quality, and production standards


+ Ability to work 12‑hour shifts in a manufacturing environment with heat, humidity, noise, and PPE requirements


+ Physical capability to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform overhead and hands‑on work


+ Willingness to perform routine equipment cleaning, inspections, and minor troubleshooting


We prefer


+ Experience in food, beverage, or industrial manufacturing environments


+ Prior experience performing quality checks or working within QA‑driven processes


+ Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment


+ Familiarity with preventive maintenance activities and continuous improvement practices

The pay rate for this position is $21.86 per hour.
