We're hiring Production Operators to join a growing medical manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and packaging medical components in a clean, quality-focused environment.


Schedule & Pay


+ Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

+ Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

+ 2-2-3 rotating schedule

+ Training Schedule: First week on day shift, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

+ Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Duties:


+ Inspect medical components for quality and accuracy

+ Package products according to work instructions

+ Complete required production documentation and paperwork

+ Follow quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Support team operations and cross-training initiatives

Position Requirements:

+ Ability to stand and rotate between workstations for a 12-hour shift

+ Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and twist

+ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing required PPE

+ Basic math and reading skills

+ Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
