Key Responsibilities:
Perform production and assembly tasks involving carbon fiber and composite materials.
Assist with composite layup processes, including pre-preg and wet layup techniques.
Trim, cut, and finish parts using hand tools and power tools.
Prepare parts for bonding, including surface sanding, scuffing, and adhesive application.
Handle and work with resins, epoxies, and composite materials while maintaining quality standards.
Load, unload, and prepare molds and tooling for production runs.
Cut composite materials using patterns, templates, or work instructions.
Demold finished parts and inspect for quality and defects.
Maintain production flow to meet daily and weekly output targets.
Record basic production data and job tracking information.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing processes.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Basic mechanical skills and comfort using hand and power tools.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with carbon fiber, fiberglass, or composite materials.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, assembly lines, or production environments.
Exposure to resins, adhesives, or industrial materials.
Background in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing / production facility.
Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.
Required use of PPE including safety glasses and steel-toe boots.
Exposure to industrial materials such as resins and composites.
