Now Hiring Production Operator
Location: Rogers, AR
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM | Monday - Friday
Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks

Skills That Get You Hired
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing and plate mounting equipment in a production environment
- Basic math skills, including the ability to read measuring devices and perform addition, subtraction, and division accurately
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling printing plates and materials
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed throughout the shift
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, squat, bend, and reach overhead as needed
- Ability to stand and work on concrete floors for extended periods
- Ability to work safely while handling photopolymer materials and production equipment
On the Job
- Safely operate photopolymer platemaking equipment, mounting equipment, and sleeve retrieval systems
- Mount printing plates using the Headford mount unit
- Select, apply, remove, and replace sticky back material on sleeves as required
- Read tape measures and other measuring equipment to ensure accurate plate mounting and production specifications
- Prepare, handle, and process photopolymer materials
- Operate Beta Flex equipment and the Esco CDI imaging system and computer software
- Remove and replace developer rolls as needed to maintain equipment performance
- Maintain accurate inventory of plates, sleeves, and related materials
- Produce, inspect, and package printing plates for shipment to other Sealed Air facilities
- Monitor product quality and report equipment or production issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures
- Assist with additional production-related duties as assigned
