Production Operator

Qualifications:

Required

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to consistently report to scheduled shifts
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow work instructions in English
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter production information
• Ability to safely use knives and other approved hand tools
• Good manual dexterity and visual inspection abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with limited supervision
• Ability to maintain productivity while consistently meeting quality requirements
• Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended 12-hour shifts
• Ability to frequently walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds

Preferred

• High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to production machinery, equipment, and plastic components
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive movements
• Frequent use of hands and fine motor skills for inspecting, sorting, trimming, assembling, and packaging components
• Extended 12-hour shifts requiring prolonged standing and physical activity
• Required use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Must be able to safely perform job duties while maintaining established production and quality standards
