Now hiring Production Operator Santa Ana, CA Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift Options: Monday – Friday + Overtime and weekends as needed 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Strong Work. What It Takes

What You Will Do On the Floor

Set up, operate, and clean processing equipment to support daily production schedules. Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe handling procedures for chemicals and equipment. Execute work in compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and operating instructions. Monitor and record process data, including furnace, kiln, and press operations. Prepare and process materials, including heat cleaning, layup, pressing, sintering, and CNC/laser cutting of CMC components. Maintain organized storage areas, including temperature-controlled environments. Identify and communicate quality issues; support corrective actions as needed. Partner with leadership to meet production targets and improve processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to 5S and manufacturing best practices.
