Production Operator

The Production Operator plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by supporting various stages of production to ensure efficiency and quality. This position involves collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a smooth workflow in the production environment.

Location: Tustin, CA
Shift: 2nd shift. 1:30pm - 10:00pm. PLUS MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK OT AND MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK SATURDAYS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and fabrication of products according to specifications
• Operate and maintain production equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor product quality and report defects or deviations
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must pass a background check
• Must be eligible for and complete E-Verify
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
