We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating production equipment to meet quality and output standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates will have previous machine operation experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to specifications and schedules
Measure and inspect finished product to ensure it meets tolerances and quality standards
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Monitor equipment and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance
Load raw materials and manage output, including safe handling of materials
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Accurately document production data and shift reports
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in wire drawing or machine operation preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Basic math and mechanical skills
