Summary:
Location: Skaneateles, NY
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Assembling electromechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and BOM requirements
- Performing functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards
- Using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete highaccuracy builds
- Applying handson soldering skills to support component and wiring assembly
- Inspecting parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance criteria
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established processes
- Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with handson experience in soldering and smallparts assembly
- Proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail, problemsolving capability, and an ownership mindset
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor control
- High school diploma or equivalent
