Production Operator
Job Location: Sonoma, California
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $18-$18.47/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2pm-12:30pm
Description of Position:
Are you comfortable using a computer and willing to be trained as a Machine Operator? Our client is seeking a dependable and motivated individual who is comfortable using computers and interested in being trained as a Production Operator. This is a long term opportunity with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. Must be bilingual fluent in English and Spanish. This role is ideal for someone sho is computer literate, eager to learn, and interested in growing within a manufacturing or production environment. The selected candidate will receive training on equipment operation, production procedures, and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment after training
- Utilize computers and production systems to support operations
- Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the production process
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with general production duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Experience Required:
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
