We are hiring Production Operators to join our client’s team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a hands-on, team-oriented manufacturing position where you'll operate industrial equipment, measure and mix raw materials, maintain production records, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and accurately.Responsibilities
Measure and weigh ingredients according to established formulations and compliance requirements.
Accurately follow weight and volume tolerances and perform basic math, including metric conversions.
Operate mixers, extruders, grinders, scales, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other production equipment.
Prepare and measure ingredients using required production forms and documentation.
Record manufacturing data and processing results accurately.
Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning of production areas.
Follow all company safety procedures, work instructions, and production standards.
Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and procedural concerns to the Shift Leader.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and maintain product quality.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Ability to perform basic math and accurately measure materials.
Previous chemical, manufacturing, paint, or powder-coating experience is a plus.
