Job Full Description

A Springfield re-manufacturer of parts for major auto manufacturers is currently seeking Production candidates to rotate stations on an assembly line doing some or all of the following tasks.
  • Unbox and stack parts on pallets
  • Tear down, wash,paint, assemble, QC, and package parts
  • Match torn down and sorted parts to the billing materials
  • Replace parts that do not pass QC
  • Unload trucks with sit down forklift
  • Stack boxes on pallets by hand
  • Use manual shrink wrapper
  • Stack pallets with forklift
  • Set up parts for machine welding, assembly, and machine operation
  • Operate Dino Machine, CNC Lathe, lifts, and hoists
What we look for:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment, switching back and forth between tasks frequently
  • Experience in production, construction, or fast food
  • Safety conscious and organized
Requirements:
  • Excellent attendance
  • Hand eye coordination
  • Good math skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs; 100 lbs shared lift
  • Auto parts tear down experience, or automotive knowledge
  • Quality Assurance knowledge
  • Steel toed boots
  • Overtime on Saturdays
