With every step we take we learn and get better.PositionOverviewOur Operator performs skilled tasks in rare earth magnet production including machine operation basic troubleshooting and quality checks. This role requires familiarity with production equipment and the ability to work with limited supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate primary magnet production equipment e.g. pressing sintering furnaces machiningstations.Perform setup and changeover of machines following established procedures.Monitor process parameters and adjust settings within allowable limits.Conduct in-process quality inspections using gauges calipers or microscopy tools.Identifyand communicate equipment issues or process deviations.Handle rare earth materials safely and follow contamination-control practices.Maintainaccuratedocumentation for lot traceability and quality compliance.Assistin trainingnewOperator Ipersonnel.Knowledge Skills &AbilitiesStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and process adjustments.Good communicationskills and ability to work independently.Consistent adherence to safety and quality standards.MinimumRequirements1-3 years of manufacturing experience.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
