Location: Stow, OH 44224
Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Position Summary
Seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support pilot plant and production operations. Responsibilities include weighing, mixing, forming, drying, testing, and documenting manufacturing processes while following established safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform routine manufacturing and production tasks following work instructions
- Weigh, mix, form, dry, and process materials
- Maintain accurate production documentation and records
- Submit and test samples through the quality system
- Prepare and ship samples to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures
- Perform basic equipment cleaning, assembly, and routine maintenance
- Operate a forklift and maintain certification
- Support additional duties as assigned
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification required
- 1+ year of manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred
- Technical school or college coursework preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform intermediate math calculations, including decimals and fractions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
