Production Operator | Strongsville, OH
Champion Personnel is currently hiring Production Operators for our client in Strongsville, Ohio!
We have immediate openings for:
- 1 Second Shift Position – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- 1 Third Shift Position – 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $20+ per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Safely operate tow motors/forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
- Complete required production documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous machine operator experience required
- Previous tow motor/forklift experience required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs continuously as needed, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Must pass the 7 year clean background policy and clean drug test policy.
