Production Operator

Lingo Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a growing, ISO-certified manufacturer in Taylor, TX — a company that's been engineering premium, American-made worksurfaces for decades and is expanding its team right now.
No manufacturing experience required. If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, we'll train you — and temp-to-hire means there's a real path to a permanent position with a stable, growing company. Pay & SchedulePay: $18.16 – $20.24 per hour, depending on position and shift — 2nd shift earns a higher rate. Paid weekly.
Base Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4-day base schedule)
  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime and weekend work are required as production demands — candidates must be available for both.Open PositionsYou'll be matched to a position based on your shift preference and availability.
Molding Operator  —  $19.24 – $20.24/hr  (1st & 2nd shift)
  • Operate molding equipment to cast high-performance resin products
  • Produce products to exact specifications
  • Perform quality inspections and maintain production efficiency
Cure Oven Operator  —  $18.20 – $19.20/hr  (1st & 2nd shift)
  • Operate and monitor industrial cure ovens
  • Load and unload materials
  • Maintain production schedules and quality requirements
Finishing Tech / Packer  —  $18.16/hr  (2nd shift)
  • Sand and finish manufactured products to a premium standard
  • Pack completed products for shipment
  • Maintain quality standards throughout the production process

What It Takes
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more on a repetitive basis
  • Ability to wear a respirator and work in a dusty environment (PPE provided; must be able to pass a respirator fit test)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Availability for overtime and weekend work when production requires it
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
