Production Operator Technician Pay: $26/hour includes Shift Differential $2/hour Schedule: 12 hour shifts on a 4/3 rotation Nights Hours: 6pm-6:30am Summary Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and labeling, with a focus on safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Previous batch-making or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required Understanding and operating automated systems and processes is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings/blueprints, and familiarity with measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers).Meet production goals with little supervision. Produce quality product that meets customer specifications Maintain accurate production logs Ability to follow given instructions and procedures Ability to multitask Ability to work alone or as a team member Willingly accepts and performs special assignments Accepts and performs other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor Requirements: High school diploma Proficient with Microsoft or ERP Systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience is a MUST
