Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Summary:
- Location: Turlock, CA
- Duration: 2 Months
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy industrial equipment for assigned production department.
- Meet daily production goals.
- Clean work area and assigned plant area at the end of the shift.
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures and policies.
- Work safely with minimal supervision.
- Complete miscellaneous assignments from management.
Requirements:
- Must pass required assessments.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, work in tight spaces, and climb stairs/ladders.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Visual acuity.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and dusty environments.
- Comfortable working at heights greater than 5 feet.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Sense of urgency.
- Availability for overtime and weekends as required by business needs.
- Forklift certification.
- Minimum 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma.
Preferred Skills:
- Forklift and feed mill experience.
