Production Operator

We are seeking dependable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for molding, assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical devices while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and operate molding and production equipment
• Assemble, trim, inspect, and package medical devices
• Set up and maintain molds and production equipment
• Complete product labeling, traceability, and production documentation
• Operate injection molding and laminating equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow manufacturing procedures and quality standards
• Support additional production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or production experience is required
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
