Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring: Production Operator Digital Printing Facility (Warrendale, PA)
Production Operator - Will operate and maintain cutting equipment to ensure accurate, high-quality output while meeting production schedules. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured manufacturing environment.
Pay & Scheduled:
- $17/hour
- 1st Shift and 3rd Shift Available
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Load materials into cutting equipment and monitor operations throughout the process
- Perform precise cutting and trimming based on job specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues
- Unload completed work and prepared for the next production stage
- Set up and calibrate cutting equipment as required
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Package finished products and prepared shipping documentation
- Utilize internal production and management systems
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience with cutting machinery preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work assigned shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation (No BUS Line)
