The role involves setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and sanitizing food production lines, including mixers, ovens, labelers, and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, ensuring packaging meets specifications, performing sanitation, and recording compliance documentation.
Adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards is essential.
Physical demands include standing and walking up to 10 hours, lifting 25-50 lbs., pushing/pulling over 1,000 lbs., and repetitive use of arms and hands.
Occasional kneeling, reaching, working at heights, and climbing with ingredients are required.
