We are hiring Production Operators for our climate-controlled facility in Junction City, Oregon.
Shift involves three 12-hour weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday) starting at 5:00 or 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities include setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and sanitizing production lines, working with equipment like mixers, ovens, and packaging machinery. Operators measure ingredients, ensure proper packaging, perform sanitation, record documentation, and follow safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications include attention to detail, the ability to work independently, basic math skills, and fluency in English. Experience in food manufacturing and forklift operation are assets but not required. Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working at heights.
