We are hiring Production Operators for our climate-controlled facility in Junction City, Oregon.
Shift: Three 12-hour weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday) starting at 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities include: operating and troubleshooting production equipment, measuring ingredients, ensuring proper packaging, sanitizing equipment, recording quality documentation, and adhering to safety and GMP standards.
Qualifications: Detail-oriented, able to work independently, basic math skills, and fluent in English. Food manufacturing experience and forklift skills are a plus but not required.
Physical demands: Standing/walking up to 12 hours, lifting 25-50 lbs., pushing/pulling heavy loads, and repetitive arm/hand movements.
