Production Operator
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Pay:  $42,500.00 annually

Position Overview
The Production Operator will safely manufacture and package chemical products while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This hands-on role involves batch production, equipment operation, quality checks, documentation, and working closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with company procedures and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and package chemical batches according to established procedures
  • Safely handle and transfer hazardous chemicals
  • Perform in-process quality checks and accurately complete production documentation
  • Operate production equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
Qualifications

Required
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing, batch processing, or industrial production
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Safety-focused with a proactive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and meeting deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
  • Experience working with batch sizes ranging from approximately 2.5 to 5,500 gallons
  • Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and hazardous material handling
  • Experience performing basic laboratory testing, including pH, titration, viscosity, or solids analysis
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 or manufacturing software systems
