Job Title: Production Operator
Pay: $17.00$19.00/hour, depending on position and shift
Location: Walton Hills, OH
Start: ASAP
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, MondayFriday
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM, MondayFriday
Looking for a steady, hands-on job with a MondayFriday schedule? Were hiring Production Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Walton Hills!
This is an active production role where youll work with your hands, keep materials moving, and help keep production running smoothly. You should be comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift and lifting or moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
Manufacturing experience is helpful, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
What You'll Do
- Perform production, assembly, and packaging tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Follow work instructions and production specifications
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Report production or quality issues to your supervisor
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or other hands-on experience is a plus
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- $17$19/hour
- Pay varies based on position and shift
- 1st & 2nd shift openings
