Responsibilities include:-Oversee daily production of gummy products from gummy base preparation through depositing, demolding, curing, coating and packaging product-Ensure batches meet quality standards and adhere to company SOP's, cGMP, HACCP and regulatory standards-Monitor equipment to meet efficiency standards -Maintain required documentation Qualifications:-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.-3+ years experience in a nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environmentHands-on experience with cooking or gummy/candy processing equipmentBenefits include: Competitive salary.
