Position Summary

The Order Assembly Clerk delivers a high level of service to Vestis customers by performing a range of administrative and production support duties. Responsibilities include preparing orders for assembly, maintaining and monitoring reports, printing and matching code tapes and emblems to order tickets, processing billing adjustments, and managing related documentation. The role also requires regular phone and email communication with Market Centers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and print code tapes; match them to corresponding orders for assembly

Assemble code tapes and emblems with Market Center tickets for production

Sort and separate tickets based on emblem status or warehouse readiness

Communicate with customers regarding missing emblems and shipments without emblems

Respond to customer service inquiries, including order research, return authorizations, and credits

Provide tracking and reporting data to the Office Manager as requested

Participate in weekly safety meetings

Support company production and quality standards with a strong focus on customer service

Perform additional duties as assigned

Work overtime as required

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Prior customer service experience preferred

Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods (8-10 hours per day)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Reliable attendance and consistent job performance

Flexibility to work varying schedules and overtime as needed
