Production Order Manager

Were looking for a highly organized and driven Production Order Manager to oversee customer orders from kickoff through production. This is a critical role that ensures seamless coordination between customers, sales, production, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results on time and with the highest level of quality.

A typical day includes monitoring open order lists, verifying inventory, coordinating schedules, and proactively communicating with customers and internal teams regarding order status and project updates. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Manufacturing, production, signage, visual branding, printing, or related industry experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, administrative, and project coordination experience, including order processing, scheduling, intake management, data entry, and managing multiple orders, projects, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ERP systems, and other business applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, build collaborative relationships, and drive projects forward through effective follow-up and accountability.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain ownership of outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in an in-office environment and maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs.
