Nazdar is looking for a Production Packager to join our manufacturing team and play an important role in preparing high-quality products for our customers. You will package finished materials according to manufacturing orders, verify product and label information, and help ensure products are ready for shipping or storage.

- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM–12:00 AM
- Starting Pay:$20/hour ($2.00 Shift Differential)

What You'll Do
As a Production Packager, you'll help package and identify finished products while maintaining our standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing Manufacturing Orders (MOs) for packaging instructions and approvals
- Packaging materials according to the applicable Manufacturing Order
- Filling and sealing containers to the appropriate level by sight, weight, or other specifications
- Confirming that the correct containers, packaging materials, and labels are used
- Verifying item numbers, lot numbers, descriptions, expiration dates, and other identifying information
- Affixing labels or other identifying information, such as size, color, grade, or process code
- Recording job and production data accurately
- Using a handheld scanner to record materials, start and stop operations, and inventory movements
- Packing containers into the proper boxes for shipping or storage and printing the appropriate product codes, lot numbers, and descriptions on boxes
- Storing packaged goods in designated areas
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area and securing the area at the end of the workday
- Following established safety, quality, and efficiency procedures
- Assisting with training, onboarding, and cross-training as assigned
- Supporting other duties and production activities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Comfort using an iPad and handheld scanners for data entry and inventory transactions
- A safety-focused approach and commitment to following established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify product and label information accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Physical Requirements

- Frequently lift and/or move materials weighing up to 75 pounds
