    Job Description

    Production Packer | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available | Full-Time
     
    The Packer is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by accurately sorting, counting, assembling, packaging, and inspecting materials according to customer specifications and work instructions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are completed accurately, packaged safely, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We have 1st and 2nd Shifts available.
     
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Packaging & Shipment Preparation
    • Product Sorting, Counting & Verification
    • Kitting & Assembly of Materials
    • Work Order & Job Ticket Review
    • Quality Inspection & Documentation
    • Operation of Packaging Equipment
    • Inventory & Supply Support
    • Cross Department Coordination
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
     
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Ability to read and follow work orders, job tickets, and written instructions.
    • Basic math and counting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required up to 50 pounds.
     
    Preferred
    • Previous packing, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
    • Experience using shrink-wrap equipment, tape machines, or other packaging equipment.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
